3rd Workshop of Nucleation Related to Cosmic Dust
&
its contribution to the organic formation in 4.6 billion years ago

July 23-25, 2012

Hotel Sakan, Convention Center
Akiu, Sendai, Japan

Purpose:
In order to better understand the formation and evolutional histories of materials accompanying with stellar life, nucleation of cosmic dust particles and its contribution to the organic formation must be clarified, because nanometer sized cosmic dust are smallest building blocks of planetary systems and are substrate for molecular formation. In this workshop, we discuss based on keywords of "nucleation" on the first half in a framework of our research team of JAXA and "organic formation" on the second half in a framework of our focus group of GCOE program of Tohoku University.

Organizer:
Yuki Kimura, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan

Supported by:
